Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He keeps his golden hair in a pixie cut. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Gardain was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Mary liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Gardener.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Spring was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He bought a whip and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He has dyed his greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.
History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Through the years after Nimble was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Nimble's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
