History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Shax was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

She keeps her long white hair kept up in a rat tail. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Hadwisa was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. After a long history of fighting, Hadwisa and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Zanna embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Farmer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Through the years after Zed was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Zed's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Zed and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Mason, and she later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
