Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Dalgal embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Dalgal lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: She was born in the south. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
