History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform After a long history of fighting, Bimpnottin and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly monstrous two handed axes and bastard swords. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: Adelard wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Adelard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

A flowing violet cape and mantle trimmed with soft tan waves gently in the breeze. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. His blue eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He was born in the east. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He is greedy; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his club with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'4" when asserting himself. His red fur is greasy and uncared for. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. River enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: Her right side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. Her silver crest is lengthy. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilkass fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He comes from a rich southern family. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Hobart was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This man wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amber on his left hand. His black hair is heavily combed to the left. This brown eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Marshal business.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and many orcs want him driven away

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: Adran was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
