Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born in the south to a Bricklayer, Shanairla learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Shanairla took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sickle and armor she uses now. She has achieved small success as a Bricklayer.

History: Silvo was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the west to a Cook, Efferil learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Efferil abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Jarsali is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Jarsali liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jarsali fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Mishann is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Cartwright profession.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Shepherd and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She takes great joy in being the best Mason in town.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Surina grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Carpenter. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
