He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Suhnae abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Through the years after Yevelda was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Yevelda's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Yevelda and her spouse have recently divorced.

When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Meriele was born on a far western mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Scribe. Being a Scribe kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Elven people; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
