Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. A gifted student she started as a Adventurer, but she got bored and became a Carter. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Juliana was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Juliana grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Juliana. She now owns her own business.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Nella was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.
