His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Quarion was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. After coming to the age of reason, Quarion took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
