History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Sculptor, and he later adopted a second son.

History: She was born in the west. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Kiirith was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Kiirith was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Kiirith's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a Tailor soon after.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Grigi will drive conversation. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Grigi was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Grigi alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: Richard hails from a village terrorized by giants. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Detective arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. She now owns her own business.
