History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the south were limited. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. History: Quilla was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to her family’s name.
