He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gardain was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
