Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: Kite was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kite grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kite. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
