History: Dain hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Dain was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

History: Rezena was born the youngest of three triplets. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
