Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His chestnut hair is singed and shortened. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Berrian embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: Berrian lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. After a long history of fighting, Berrian and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Herleva lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Description: This slender man stands about 6'10". He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His tied-back hair is golden. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Takra never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: She wears a black shirt, with a brown mid length skirt with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. She carries with her a set of greatswords, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her green crest is still thick. This gold eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: Pogranix speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: Pogranix was born with her father's beautiful face. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pogranix fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.
History: Born in the east to a Glassblower, Varis learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Varis's homeland. Varis decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Glassblower for the past few years.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Aline abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aline fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: He was raised in a plains tribe. Hugh liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.
