History: Raer lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His parents enrolled him in a Bard school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bow.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Himo alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She prefers to wear yellow pants and tee shirts. Her moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and she is content

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and tiefling compassion

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
