History: He was born into a rich family. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Orryn's homeland. Orryn decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: Standing 6'3", this man wears a worn and beaten armor. His hair is blonde, silky, and of moderate length. His eyes are blue.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Karg was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Karg abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears dull pastel sweaters, loose red pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed spear, just in case. Her black fur is heavily combed to the right. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her amber eyes.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Now she works as a writing tutor during her time off.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She takes great joy in being the best Engraver in town.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Hillanot was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has worked as a Engraver like her mother before her.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: Leaf wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Adept, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He takes great joy in being the best Unemployed in town.

History: He was born in the south. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Unemployed.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the north. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She works hard and plays hard.

History: He got into the Courier business at a young age. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Courier for hire.
