Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Nim lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nim. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. At a young age his mother died while driving off some gnolls. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in trident use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her singing with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Fisher they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Sellsword, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with painting. She constantly tries to fill her life with painting. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: Helgret hails from a village terrorized by brigands. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact
