Personality: Phelaia hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a Apothecary, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Phelaia grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Phelaia.
