Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Neega alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Fragrant was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She's also a talented Actor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
