History: Born to a Priest, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. History: Gifted from a young age, Perra studied abroad. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.
