Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Millicent's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Millicent grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
