History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Keyleth grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Keyleth. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Nyx was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins.

History: Caeldrim lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Oren was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Oren's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

She found a children's book about a Gnome Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to find somewhere to settle down
