Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has worked as a Slave Trader like her mother before her.

His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in ceremonial dagger use. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Damien fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
