Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He is an epitome of beauty. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.
History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mayor for the past few years.

His red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Efferil wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is obsessed with his god.
History: Efferil lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. After coming to the age of reason, Efferil took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears long strands of amber and short red dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, and is pretty ugly. He keeps his blonde hair in a flapper bob. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: Bertram hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Through the years after Nedda was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Nedda's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Nedda and her spouse have recently divorced.
