History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Spice Merchant they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Jeweler, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He's also a talented Body Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: Gifted from a young age, Veloptima studied abroad. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Vassago is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Mialee's homeland. Mialee decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard.
