Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Five took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up longsword and armor she uses now. She tends to her Tanner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Cumpen never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: Fabien was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions.
