History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Mercenary arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Through the years after Fragrant was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Fragrant's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Valorean was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Dworic abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. During his travels, Dworic and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Dworic discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Dworic fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
