History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He found a children's book about a Halfling Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was born in the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Calcitro fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to work out more often

Description: Her skin is bronze and flawless. She wears silk and lounges about seductively. She is an epitome of beauty. Her brown hair is smooth and relatively long. She has a dull look in her blue eyes.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. After coming to the age of reason, Rose took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he prefers to wear grey pants and tee shirts. His white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Jocelyn was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and to unite with his sister

Personality: She hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end her boredom

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Courier profession.

History: Born in the west to a Merchant, Doudra learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She tends to her Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. The war was a terrible time for her, and Valida does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born in the east to a Mayor, Valida learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and further expansion of business

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born into a rich family. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is greedy
