History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She struck the Marshal job and began her own company from there.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. A true patriot, Heian would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: The child of a Servant, who enjoyed hunting, Heian was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Heian took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
