History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Jo was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere.
