History: Born in the east to a Brewer, Emerald learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Vaina was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His first spouse was a Marshal, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
