History: Astaro was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bricklayer. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 6 years.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He keeps his chestnut hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are likewise silver. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His black fur is heavily combed to the left. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Stylist they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Laborer, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to protect his home

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: Salasar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. After coming to the age of reason, Salasar took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lerissa grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lerissa. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers
