Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Ildrex's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Guard but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ildrex was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His childhood dream was to be a Architect, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult.

She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. Her ears are large.
Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: To unite with her brother; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. She wears her brown hair down. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Lidda took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up mace and armor she uses now. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.
