Description: He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior, and carries axes. His silver hair is thinning but still full. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Taklinn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to find somewhere to settle down

Her hair is long and black with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small white clips. Her amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with painting. She constantly tries to fill her life with painting. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her painting with anyone who is interested.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and doesn't want to be a shoemaker and was forced into it by her family

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to reunite with her absent mother

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is harsh and unforgiving.
History: She was born in the east. Through the years after Sarah was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Sarah's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She is wearing a long, white cloak. Her head has been shaved. Her hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Anne was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. During her travels, Anne and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Anne discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Anne fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she desires power and/or immortality
