History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the west. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Being a Ruler kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
