History: Born in the west to a Locksmith, Tricking learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Locksmith for hire.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roland fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
