Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Tod is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Shadow alone in the world. History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Through the years after Cloak was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Cloak's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Cloak and her spouse have recently divorced.
