History: She was born in the east. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lia embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Masseuse arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Roofer who has hired him part-time. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Bertram lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and doesn't want to be a roofer and was forced into it by his family
