History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Mantus never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: She was born into a rich family. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
