History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Bidreked alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He worked as a nervous Brewer and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Brewer for hire.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her first spouse was a Healer, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion; and to clean up the streets

History: Pyra was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She got into the Stableman business at a young age. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Stableman.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Mortician arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
