Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His chestnut hair is greasy and uncared for. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: The child of a Crown-heir, who enjoyed hunting, Dûgza was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dûgza grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dûgza.
