Through the years after Ahinar was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ahinar's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a Performer, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
