History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A freak accident while working with his Detective mother left him crippled. After a long history of fighting, Pûgrish and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. The war was a terrible time for her, and Veloptima does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has achieved small success as a Mason.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Leaf has worked very hard to control her curse. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Through the years after Euphemia was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. History: He was born into a rich family. Howard liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Chaedi is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born into a rich family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now mingles about in high society.
