Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born to a Fletcher, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and a deep hatred of brigands

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has achieved small success as a Mayor.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
