History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Tanner but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born into a rich family. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
