History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Heian's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A freak accident while working with his Barber father left him crippled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her white crest is matted, messy, and big. Her ears are large.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. Burana is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her first spouse was a Gardener, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and to reunite with her absent father

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a black cloak and cross-gartered violet stockings. Her silver hair is smooth and relatively long. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Armara enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 9 years.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Butcher responsibilities is difficult.

History: Herleva was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Tailor and was forced into it by her family.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fletcher. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
