History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She tends to her Junk Dealer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a violet armored body suit, with a simple grey line shooting up and back down. His golden hair is braided into rings. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bertram embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: This malnourished man is dressed in an above average manner. His hair is golden, silky, and of moderate length. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Merchant. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Warryn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Expand his business; and further expansion of business

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Tabaxi, and stands approximately 6'4". He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, and his gloved hand is found clutching a bastard sword. His fur is short and gray. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Emerald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Panana enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She was born in a small island village. After coming to the age of reason, Decarabia took it upon herself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Being a Carter kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Adelaide is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She worked as a nervous Painter and found it very stressful. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
