History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Theodoric is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Theodoric was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Theodoric was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.
History: Joan was born with her mother's beautiful face. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. Leshanna enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Leshanna lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her parents enrolled her in a Cleric school at a young age so that she could practice her druidic talents. Being a Sailor kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Raiann grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature ceremonial dagger.
