History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now mingles about in high society.

History: She was born into a rich family. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in the east to a Beggar, Gillyd learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents enrolled him in a Expert school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
