Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Delebean isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents enrolled him in a Warlock school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
